First and foremost, I am addicted to happiness..
I have had my share of struggles in life and have found that being happy and healthy are by far my favorite things to be.
I love nutrition! and it truly is what I am passionate about. I don't want to ever seem pushy when it comes to what we eat, but I have seen how food alone can heal and improve mood and energy. I want to share that with other people who are open to learning.
Instead of writing about myself, I think it would be easier to just know me through pictures.
