I would've NEVER guessed t...So enlightening... I would've NEVER guessed that 1 can of red bull exceeds the recommended daily allowance of sugar (for women). & what an awesome challenge to just *observe* the amount of sugar we typically consume in a day. Change begins with awareness. Thank you Nancy Pants!!...for creating this avenue of awakening.<br /><br />MY FAVORITE PART:<br /><br />"It is VERY important that you don't perceive a lack of sugar as depriving yourself of anything."<br /><br />Ive never heard anyone say this before!... & yet its so true.. eating healthy is not deprivation, its a gift to the mind, body & soul.. but many of us were not raised or taught to think as such.. & it can be so difficult to break deeply ingrained habits and patterns of thought & behavior..<br /> <br />So informative & inspiring :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11218430684344671736noreply@blogger.com
